Mercy Arms played an impressive show at the Gaelic (Surry Hills).
Their music was lovely as always and I really like their new stuff from their album. I remember the first two times seeing them play… well not really. The first time I was too distracted by The Horrors to remember them and the second time I was too distracted by the guitarist jumping around the stage in heels.

We got to the venue and saw some of Circle Pit‘s set (it sucked that when they were about to play their last song, the sound guys just cut off their mics.) And we also got to see a really amazing band from Victoria called The Process.

I was shooting for The Dwarf..
During the last song, a woman comes up to me (it was like we knew each other but I had no idea who she was) and told me to follow her so I did and was led to the other side of the stage where she excitedly told me to take photos of the bassist.
